CAHSS to Host Free Series on Applying to Law School, Sept. 26

Law Workshop 2016NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) will host a series of free workshops designed to provide tips on preparing for law school. The workshops will take place on consecutive Mondays (September 12, 19, and 26) from 5:30 – 7 p.m. on the Fort Lauderdale/Davie Campus in the Parker Building, Room 301. All students are welcome.

The sessions will include topics such as the law school application process, the LSAT, where to attend law school, and how to apply, and obtaining letters of reference for your applications. Presenters will include Timothy Dixon, J.D., and Gary Gershman, J.D., Ph.D., both faculty in the Department of History and Political Science and representatives from Shepard Broad College of Law Admissions.
