CAHSS Student published book chapter, “Commander in Brief: Trump Tweets and Sexual Violence in the Military”
April Coan, M.B.A, doctoral student in the Department of Conflict Resolution Studies (DCRS) in NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) has written a book chapter in, Trumpism: The Politics of Gender in a Post-Propitious America, edited by Laura Finley, Ph.D., and Matthew Johnson, M.A. Cambridge Scholars Publishers published the book. Coan’s chapter is entitled, “Commander in Brief: Trump Tweets and Sexual Violence in the Military.”
Coan holds an M.B.A. from Boston University and a B.S. in Economics from Northeastern University. She was also invited to present a workshop at the 2018 International Association of Conflict Management (IACM) Conference in Philadelphia on the perceptions of gender equality and equal opportunity in the United States military.
