CAHSS Student Presents at the Northeastern Political Science Association Conference
Carlyn Jorgensen, M.S., doctoral candidate in NSU’s College of Art, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS), presented a paper at the 47th Annual Northeastern Political Science Association Conference in Philadelphia. Jorgensen’s paper was titled “The Role of the Media in the Rwandan Genocide.”
Jorgensen received a B.A. in History and Political Science from Western Illinois University and an M.S. in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations from Suffolk University in Boston. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. Jorgensen has been a graduate assistant and is an adjunct professor at Broward College.
