CAHSS Music Class Welcomes Brad Ingrao, AuD from Dr. Pallavi Patel College of Health Sciences Discussing “Audible Health”

Jessica Muñiz-Collado, M.F.A., faculty in the Department of Performing and Visual Arts (DPVA) in NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) and her MUSC 2600 Music Production class welcomed Brad Ingrao, Au.D. from the Department of Audiology in the Dr. Pallavi Patel College of Health Sciences. Ingrao spoke about “Audible Health,” the importance of listening protection for musicians, including the dos and don’ts when producing music, performing, or while listening for enjoyment.

Muñiz-Collado teaches classes in composition, music production, and percussion. She has also directed the the Mako Band, NSU Pep Band, and managed NSU Mako Records.
