CAHSS Invites You to Hear Holocaust Survivor David Schaecter, Jan. 26

NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) invites you to a presentation by Holocaust Survivor, David Schaecter, scheduled for 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2016 from in the Mailman Hollywood Building, Room 309.

Schaecter, born in Czechoslovakia, is the only survivor from a large family that perished in the Holocaust. At only 11 years old, he was deported to Auschwitz and was eventually rescued by Czech partisans. He migrated to the United States in 1949.
