CAHSS Faculty Presents Workshop at the University of Belize
Neil Katz, Ph.D., faculty in NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) conducted a workshop during the holiday break entitled, “Enhancing Conflict Management Success: Self-Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, and Relationship Skills” at the University of Belize. Participants included over 40 faculty members and a vice-president.
Katz teaches courses in the Department of Conflict Resolution Studies (DCRS) which include Negotiation Theory and Practice, Organizational Conflict Intervention, and The Reflective Practitioner: Consulting Conflict and Change in Organizational Settings with Leaders in Organizational Conflict: A Four Frame Approach.
