CAHSS Faculty Member Presents at NSU Art Museum
Stephen Ross Levitt, LL.M., faculty in the Department of History and Political Science in NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS), was the featured speaker during a recent event held at the NSU Art Museum Fort Lauderdale. His talk was in conjunction with the exhibition Regeneration Series: Anselm Kiefer from the Hall Collection. The exhibition addresses issues of identity and the convergence of history and mythology during World War II. Levitt examined the long-term effects of the war in Germany. More than 100 people attended.
Levitt’s teaching and research interests include political systems and transitional justice in Germany during the twentieth century, wear crimes trials, international law, and comparative government.
The Regeneration Series: Anselm Kiefer from the Hall Collection may be seen through September 10, 2017.
