CAHSS Alumnus Publishes Article in Construction Briefings on “Cumulative Impact Claims”
Kathleen Harmon, Ph.D., graduate of the doctoral program in the Department of Conflict Resolution Studies (DCRS) in NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (CAHSS), has written an article published in Construction Briefings. The article, entitled, “Cumulative Impact Claims-Methods of Calculating and Proving Damages,” was co-authored with Bradley Cole, Esq.
Harmon is the President of Harmon/York Associates, a consulting firm established in 1983 and specializing in project management and conflict resolution for the construction industry. She has published and presented extensively on conflicts in the construction industry. Harmon has been an adjunct faculty member for CAHSS. She was honored as an NSU Alum of the Year for CAHSS. Harmon was the 2018 commencement speaker for the June 15th morning graduate ceremony.
