CAHSS Alum Publishes in Construction Briefings on Productivity Damages

Kathleen Harmon, Ph.D.

Kathleen Harmon, Ph.D., graduate of the doctoral program in the Department of Conflict Resolution Studies (DCRS) in the NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (CAHSS), has written two articles published in Construction Briefings. Harmon’s articles were published in two parts in consecutive editions. They were titled “The Calculation and Recovery of Loss of Productivity Damages-What to Do and What to Use, Part I and Part II.”

Harmon is the President of Harmon/York Associates, a consulting firm established in 1983 and specializing in project management and conflict resolution for the construction industry. She has published and presented extensively on conflicts in the construction industry. Harmon has been an adjunct faculty member for CAHSS and for other universities such as the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She was honored as an NSU Alum of the Year for CAHSS.
