CAHSS Alum Named Coordinator of Employer Relations
Kamla Billings, M.S.
Kamla Billings, M.S., graduate of the master’s program in College Student Affairs (CSA) in NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS), was named the Coordinator of Employer Relations at Valencia College in Orlando.
Billings, a 2014 NSU graduate, started working at Valencia College in 2014 as a career advisor. She is currently responsible for college-wide employer relations, including creating and expanding work-based learning experiences for students and building community partners.
While at NSU, Billings was a graduate assistant for civic engagement. Prior to her master’s studies, she received her B.S. in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences from the University of Florida.
