CAHSS Alum and Veteran is the Housing Coordinator at New York College of Podiatric Medicine
Charles Barnes, M.S., graduate of the master’s program in College Student Affairs in the Department of Multidisciplinary Studies (DMS) in NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (CAHSS) has been named the new Housing Coordinator at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine.
Barnes, originally from Jamaica, served in the US Navy and in the US Army for eleven years. While in the US military he traveled to fourteen countries including deployments to both Afghanistan and Iraq. In addition to his master’s from NSU, he earned a B.A. in History from the University of New Haven in Connecticut. We salute our proud graduate and thank him for his service!
