Business School Professor Conducts Training Sessions in Pakistan


Professor Mujtaba received an award from Dr. Muhammad Azam Khan Swati, Federal Minister for Science and Technology, Pakistan, for his participation in conference in Pakistan.


Bahaudin Mujtaba, D.B.A., professor of management at the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship, traveled to Pakistan in July to conduct training sessions for faculty members from the COMSATS Institute of Information Technology and the Higher Education Commission Ministry. Mujtaba facilitated one-day workshops on Business Ethics, Diversity Management and Leadership at campuses in Lahore, Sahiwal, Wah and Islamabad.

As part of his presentation topics, Mujtaba discussed his paper titled “Bribery, Narcissism and Anti-Corruption Policies for Promoting a Socially Responsible Business Climate.” He also facilitated a four-hour workshop on his paper “Managing and Developing your Talent Effectively.”

In addition, Mujtaba participated as a panelist and speaker at the 2nd International Conference of South Asia Chapter of AGBA, which took place July 18-23 in Bhurban, Pakistan. The panel was on the topic “Nurturing Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Investment and Public-Private Partnerships in Global Environment.” Other panel members included:
