Business School Faculty Member Acclaimed for Research
Ken Baylor, D.B.A., an adjunct faculty member at the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship, was the subject of a lengthy interview by Crain’s Business Communications about his recent doctoral research on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and talent retention. His comments became the basis for a featured article that was published in the July 19 edition of the nationally circulated Waste and Recycling News. The article was titled “Study: Waste Workers Want Job Fulfillment.”
Baylor’s research has been widely acclaimed by the $60 billion domestic environmental services industry; in the first two months after its completion, the results have been the keynote topic at a national environmental industry conference and the cover story in two major trade publications.
Baylor is the managing partner of Advanced Leadership Solutions, LLC., and a recent graduate of the University of Oxford. Baylor is also a graduate of the Huizenga Business School’s Master of Science in Leadership and Doctor of Business Administration programs.
