Business Minors Fair Highlight’s School’s Offerings to Students

Business Minor Fair

Business Minor Fair

In its inaugural year, the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship’s “Business Minors Fair” drew current and future students, staff and faculty to the Carl DeSantis building to learn about all the various minors offered by the school.

Attendees at the fair-themed event enjoyed a carnival atmosphere including hot dogs, cotton candy and an array of carnival games tied into the business school’s academic programs. Students learned how a minor in business can enhance their degree and open doors, no matter what career path they pursue.

Booths were staffed by Huizenga Business School faculty and staff who provided information on the school’s 12 minors, and academic advisors were on hand to counsel students on signing up for a new business minor.

Minors in the Huizenga Business School include Accounting, Business for Non-business Majors, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resource Management, International Business, Leadership, Management, Marketing, Sales  and Sport and Recreation Management.
