Broberg and Reid Named to NSCAA All-South Region Teams

Nova Southeastern women’s soccer players Rachael Reid (Sr., Indianapolis, Ind.) and Malin Broberg (So., Stockholm, Sweden) received National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-South Region honors, as released by the organization this week.

Reid earned second-team honors after starting in all 16 games on defense for the Sharks, leading the defense to six shutouts. She also contributed on offense, scoring two goals and notching six assists for 10 points. Her assist total was tied for fifth-best in the SSC and her points total was tied for 27th-best.

Broberg earned third-team recognition after leading the Sharks in points with 18 and goals with seven. She also tallied the third most assists on the team with four. Within the Sunshine State Conference, she ranked 12th in points scored and ninth in total goals. Complete Release
