Baseball Honors JD Martinez and Mike Fiers

NSU’s athletic department and baseball team honored alumni JD Martinez and Mike Fiers on Friday, Feb. 3 for becoming the first two baseball players from NSU to advance to the major league level.
Both players were honored with a plaque and a banner that now hangs in centerfield and were granted the opportunity to throw out the first pitch to kick off the 2012 baseball season. Complete Release
