Baseball Completes Second Annual NSU Baseball Golf Classic
The NSU baseball team recently completed its Second Annual NSU Baseball Golf Classic at the Jacaranda Golf Club. There were 128 participants at the event, including notable alumni such as Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Mike Fiers, NSU Hall of Famer’s, Felipe Suarez and Sonny Hansley, and Raul De Castro.
“The Second Annual NSU Baseball Golf Classic was a great event that brought many of our alumni, families and sponsors together to celebrate and support this great program,” said head baseball coach Greg Brown. “I am very proud of this tournament and the support that we have received from administration, alumni and our community. The commitment to this event by the tournament committee and the volunteers is very humbling as they have all exceeded even my expectations for this event in its second year. I look for us to build on this event and make it even bigger and better next year.” Complete Release
