Attention NSU Employees! Open Enrollment runs through Feb. 17

don't forgetOpen Enrollment is underway!

NSU’s Annual Open Enrollment began February 6, 2017 and ends at midnight on February 17, 2017.  Don’t miss your opportunity to add eligible dependents and make changes to your medical, dental, vision, & Flexible Spending elections.  Please remember, Flexible Spending elections are required every benefit year and do not carry forward!  Open Enrollment information is currently available online at www.nova.edu/hr/open-enrollment. New content is being added regularly, so check back often for updates.

New this year- NSU is offering a new Group Whole Life Insurance benefit through MassMutual!  Employees can enroll online through the ICUBA Portal or directly with a MassMutual enrollment counselor by calling 877-205-8202.  This is also a great time to review your current beneficiaries and enroll in, or make changes to, the Group Term Life Insurance already offered by NSU.

There will be two all-day Open Enrollment Fairs and two all-day Enrollment Assistance Labs on campus. There will also be several Online Benefits Town Hall meetings so employees at every campus location will have access to benefit information. The first meeting is scheduled for Monday morning,  register online at www.nova.edu/hr/benefits/townhall.  For those employees currently enrolled in healthcare coverage, participation in an Open Enrollment Fair (or for Regional Campus employees one of the Benefits Town Hall meeting) will count as an onsite event for the Wellness Incentive from BlueRewards. For more information visit us online at www.nova.edu/hr/open-enrollment.

All of the ICUBA benefit providers and representatives from our retirement savings plans will be at the Open Enrollment Fairs. So, please take advantage of this amazing opportunity to come ask questions and get assistance making your elections.  The Wellness Incentive doesn’t hurt either J

The ICUBA portal is available 24 hours, 7 days a week! Login now at http://ICUBAbenefits.org to review your current benefit elections and familiarize yourself with the enrollment portal.  For login and password assistance with the ICUBA portal, call 866-524-5063.
