The Art of Wine and Food Series Presents “A Sense of Place,” Oct. 27

Wine educator Stephanie Miskew

On Thursday, Oct. 27, James Beard, award-winning wine writer, art lover and special guest local celebrity Lyn Farmer take you on a tasteful tour showing how wines differ depending on where they are made. The event will be held 6:00-7:30 p.m.

You’ll experience how two globe-trotting grapes, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, taste quite different depending on where they are grown.  Certified Sommelier and wine educator Stephanie Miskew, author of The Glamorous Gourmet, hosts this program which includes a selection of fine wines and fabulous hors d’oeuvres. Don’t miss this tasteful and intriguing evening! Reservations are required, $35 per person.  To RSVP, call Gail Vilone at (954) 262-0249 or at gvilone@moafl.org.
