9th Annual ESS Informational Summit Stresses Collaboration and Relationship Building
Vice President for Enrollment and Student Services (ESS) Stephanie G. Brown, Ed.D., welcomed approximately 200 NSU staff members who attended the 9th Annual ESS Informational Summit on July 18, 2017, in the Carl DeSantis Building on the Fort Lauderdale/Davie Campus. The theme for this year’s event was “Building NSU’s Future Together.” This was not only a reflection on the university’s dynamic growth with the addition of new buildings, but also on the event’s purpose to continuously build new and strengthen existing relationships between the various NSU colleges and units. ESS offered more than 20 concurrent sessions on topics such as regulatory updates, room scheduling, fee assessment, and more. During the Lunch ‘n Fun activity, staff collaborated to build towers out of tooth picks and marshmallows.
A photo gallery as well as presentation materials are now available to all NSU faculty and staff on ESS CommunityNet at https://www.nova.edu/portal/ess/summit/index.html.
