Pride Bite: 55 Student-Athletes Named to Fall SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll

rp_primary_ssc57Nova Southeastern University placed 55 student-athletes on the 2014 Sunshine State Conference Fall Commissioner’s Honor Roll, as announced by the conference office Wednesday, Feb. 11 by Commissioner Ed Pasque.

NSU student-athlete academic standards are constantly on the rise, which represents the high value that is placed on our student-athletes’ academics. This is the fourth year in a row in which the number of NSU’s student-athletes has increased on the honoree list.

To be eligible, a student-athlete must post a minimum grade point average of 3.20 on a scale of 4.00. Participants who were eligible represent the sports of volleyball, men’s and women’s soccer, and the men’s and women’s cross country team.
