HPD Students compete in the 2013 Ethics Bowl Competition

The 7th Annual Ethics Bowl —- sponsored by the Multicultural Affairs Committee, NSU’s College of Health Care Sciences and NSU’s College of Nursing —- was held on Tuesday, Feb. 12. Participants from 10 programs gathered together to compete in the Health Professions Division. Teams of three to five students were given various scenarios and were challenged to come up with the best ethical solutions.

Congratulations to the 2013 Ethics Bowl Champions from the Physician Assistant Program at the Fort Myers Student Educational Center. Second place was awarded to participants from the Vascular Sonography program from main campus. Third place was awarded to students from the Nursing program from main campus. The Spirit Award was given to students from the Nursing program from the Miami Student Educational Center for outstanding support to their team.
