Complete your NSU Employee Engagement Survey! Deadline is Sept. 30
By now you should have received an email regarding the “I Believe in NSU” Employee Engagement Survey. Please complete on or before Sept. 30.
This anonymous and confidential survey is your opportunity to help shape the future of NSU, while improving your own work experience. Your feedback will be compiled and used to guide further positive changes across our institution. As an added incentive for your participation, any academic/administrative units with 80% or greater participation will earn a pizza party, courtesy of NSU.
We have asked an independent firm, Quantum Workplace, to conduct the survey and to analyze the results. Quantum Workplace works with more than 5,000 organizations on employee assessments every year and is the exclusive research partner of the American City Business Journal’s Best Places to Work™ contests in over 40 U.S. metro markets. As a result, we’ll be able to compare our survey results to those of other higher education institutions and to other organizations. Quantum Workplace staff members will communicate the findings in a summary report to Nova Southeastern University leadership, along with recommendations and action plans to address the findings. These results will also be disseminated to NSU employees in upcoming Town Hall meetings and in group setting with your unit’s supervisors and leaders.

Please know that individual data will not be released to Nova Southeastern University; survey answers are entirely anonymous and confidential.
