2010 NSU Human Resources Contact of the Year Award
Andrés Malavé, Ph.D., dean of NSU’s College of Pharmacy and Natalie Damian, COP director of operations.
Natalie Damian, director of operations for NSU’s College of Pharmacy (COP), has been selected and recognized by the Office of Human Resources as the NSU HR Contact of the Year for 2010.
As the COP director of operations, Damian supervises the financial and budgetary matters for the college. Damian also fulfills the role of the COP personnel administrator and HR contact. In this capacity, her role as an effective liaison with HR allows her to effectively advise the COP faculty and staff of their responsibilities and opportunities as they relate to HR policies and the mission of the university.
