New 12-Week Session of Weight Watchers At Work Begins, Apr. 5
A new 12-week session of the Weight Watchers @ Work program is starting, so don’t miss your chance to change your life and reach a new goal.
The NSU community is invited to attend the FREE INFORMATION MEETING on Thursday, Apr. 5 at noon in NSU’s Alvin Sherman Library Staff Lounge.
Afterward, attend for as little as $13 a week (or less for continuing members). Ask how you may be eligible to use your HRA/FSA dollars to get reimbursed for the program cost.
Research has shown that people who attend Weight Watchers meetings lose three times more weight than people dieting on their own. And, with the majority of Americans spending the bulk of their day on the job, the workplace is an ideal setting for employees to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle.
Join your fellow colleagues who are achieving weight-loss success! It’s a total team effort that can lead to very satisfying results!
Weight Watchers @ Work meetings are held weekly on Thursdays at noon at the Alvin Sherman Library. You can also attend meetings at Weight Watchers centers if you sign up here. The program is 12 weeks.
