100% Pass Rate for Orlando Physician Assistants

NSU Orlando’s Physician Assistant program can boast a 100% first time pass rate on the PANCE exam for the third year in a row! Additionally, the graduates of NSU Orlando’s PA program have bested the national average for the exam for the past four years. The PANCE (Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination) is required of every graduating class, as one must pass it to become a certified PA.
“Exceptional results are achieved by exceptional students,” said Lorilee Butler, the director of NSU Orlando’s PA program. “We strive to select the most outstanding candidates for our program. It takes more than a good GPA to make a good PA, of course. With strong drive and determination, and with your heart in the right place, you can truly make a difference in this field.”
Professor Butler accounts for this success by emphasizing the program’s traditional curriculum, the increased use of high fidelity medical simulation, and clinical decision-making case studies, all of which have provided the students with a strong academic foundation.

Congratulations to our PA Sharks!
