No. 1 Men’s Golf Sweeps Top SSC Honors
SSC Men’s Golfer of the Year
The Nova Southeastern men’s golf team swept the 2012 All-Sunshine State Conference awards, capturing the top honors, as announced by the conference office on May 1. A total of 12 student-athletes have been named to the All-SSC Men’s Golf Team.
A sophomore from Leatherhead, England, Benjamin Taylor was selected as SSC Golfer of the Year. In his debut season from Helsingborg, Sweden, freshman Oscar Lengdèn had a particularly strong finish to his Spring season and has been tabbed SSC Freshman of the Year.
After assuming the helm of the NSU men’s golf program heading into the Fall season, Garrett Runion led his squad on a stellar campaign and was selected as SSC Coach of the Year. Click here to read the complete release.
