Weak economy translates to more workplace stress
“When people are thinking, ‘I’m unhappy because I keep getting work dumped on me,’ that starts to wear down the speed and effectiveness with which they can work,” said Bob Preziosi, management chair at Nova Southeastern University in Davie. “Quality and productivity both suffer.”
