The Parenting Place™ at NSU’s Mailman Segal Center featured on WPLG Local 10
The Parenting Place™ at Nova Southeastern University’s Mailman Segal Center was recently featured on WPLG Local 10 on Nov. 18. During the segment, Dean of the Mailman Segal Institute for Early Childhood Studies, Roni Leiderman, Ph.D., discussed the program’s focus on cognitive learning and social development as integral elements to early childhood education. “They are like sponges, learning, changing their viewpoints of the world, developing relationships, learning about love, learning about everything from colors to shapes to the world around them,” said Leiderman.
