Recently the Florida Trend made a special report on MBA programs in Florida. In this special report, ten MBA professors weigh in on what it takes to run a successful business in Florida. They also talk about what’s new at the state’s MBA programs.
For this report, Yuliya Yurova, Ph.D., associate professor of Decision Sciences, NSU’s H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship, talked about her passion for research and how she makes her students at NSU work with area companies to create solutions to real-world problems like high employee turnover or fraud. “I’m passionate about research because the industry is changing so rapidly, and we have to keep up with it,” said Dr. Yurova.
