Scott Poland, Ed.D, of the Center for Psychological Studies Talks About the Long term Impact of Horrific Events

Scott Poland, Ed.D., professor and co-director of the Suicide and Violence Prevention Office at the Center for Psychological Studies, was interviewed by Bloomberg News on the lingering effects of horrific events.  Poland explained, “We want this to be over in a couple of days, but unfortunately, it’s not over in a couple of days.” He spoke in response to Colorado’s second mass killing in 13 years.
