NSU’s Interim Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Featured in South Florida 100
Frederick Lippman, R.Ph., Ed.D., interim executive vice president and chief operating officer was featured in South Florida 100, a forum where South Florida’s most influential people weight in on current events.
Dr. Lippman talked about the opioid problem that is causing hundreds of deaths in South Florida. “I would like to praise the recent Florida legislative action for trying to stem this insidious opioid problem that is causing very untimely deaths and health disasters in our South Florida communities. I advocate that county and city commissions give thought to purchasing Naloxone to provide to all our first responders to save the lives of opioid overdose victims,” said Dr. Lippman to the Sun Sentinel.
