NSU’s Charles Zelden, Ph.D., Discusses Legacy of Nelson Mandela
Charles Zelden, Ph.D., professor of History and Legal Studies in the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences, recently commented on the legacy of late South African President, Nelson Mandela during an interview with NBC 6. Zelden also drew an analogy between Mandela and former U.S. President Abraham Lincoln. “What he did and we he sought to achieve was what was Lincoln would have tried to achieve after the civil war, had he lived to pull the nation together,” said Zelden.
