Instruction is provided by classroom teachers with a Florida teaching certificate in Prekindergarten Primary Certification. The VPK classes are provided from 8 – 11 a.m., five days a week, starting August 18, 2014. The program runs through the first week in June, 2015.

To be eligible for the free VPK program, children must be:

  • four years of age on or before September 1, 2014;
