NSU Professor of Law Provides Commentary on Mentoring Minority Faculty Members
Olympia Duhart, J.D., professor of law and director of the Lawyering Skills and Values (LSV) at NSU’s Shepard Broad Law Center, provides commentary on some of the ways in which institutions can ensure that minority faculty members are mentored and guided during the early stages of their careers.
Duhart is also co-president of the Society of American Law Teachers (SALT), an organization of progressive law teachers, dedicated to teaching excellence, social justice, and diversity
Her observations were featured in the June, 2014 edition of Diverse: Issues in Higher Education and can be viewed at Diverse Conversations: Mentoring Minority Faculty.
