Students from NSU’s University School and Cecilia Rokusek, Ed.D., M.Sc., RDN, assistant dean of research and innovation and nutrition degree director at NSU’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, were featured on WSVN Channel 7’s “The List” in a segment called “7 Tips to Get Kids to Eat Healthy.”
