NSU Law Professor Talks About Florida’s Amendment 9

Florida’s amendment 9 would prohibit offshore oil and gas drilling, as well as prohibit vaping at indoor workplaces. NBC 6’S Steve Litz spoke with NSU Shepard Broad College of Law professor Richard Grosso about what the amendment means to voters.

Drilling near Florida is already prohibited by state law, but Grosso says that writing the ban into the state constitution hardens the prohibition.
