Nova Southeastern University’s Baudhuin Preschool to Host Alumni Day

Students, faculty, staff and alumni of NSU’s Baudhuin Preschool are invited to the Baudhuin Preschool Alumni Day Event. The Baudhuin Preschool, located on the main campus of Nova Southeastern University, is an internationally recognized, model program for children ages 3-5 years with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. The school moved to the NSU campus and opened its doors to children with autism in 1985. The program, which currently serves 135 children, is offered in partnership with the School Board of Broward County. Collaborative opportunities with other NSU departments in academics, research, and clinical work enrich the educational experience.

Alumni Day will be hosted at the Baudhuin Preschool, located on the grounds of the Jim & Jan Moran Family Center Village, 3301 College Avenue, Ft. Lauderdale (Main Campus) from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday, April 12th.

Nearly 180 people have registered to attend this event (adults and children.) The school has made a positive difference in the lives of thousands of children and their families, and this event provides an opportunity not only to revisit the school that provided them help and support, but to meet with friends and teachers from years past.
