Nova Southeastern University Now Offering Bachelor’s Program in Criminal Justice Fully Online

Students Across the Nation – and Globe – Can Now Earn their Degree

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CAHSS Logo StackedFORT LAUDERDALE-DAVIE, Fla. Nova Southeastern University (NSU) is pleased to announce that it is now offering its bachelor’s degree program in Criminal Justice fully online. The program itself is not changing; however, the delivery method is so it can reach an even wider potential group of students looking for a challenging career in this field.

“What we’re doing is allowing those individuals who have challenging schedules – or who may not be near one of NSU’s campuses – the chance to partake of our outstanding criminal justice program,” said Kimberly Durham, Psy.D., department chair of the Department of Justice and Human Services.

Durham said that the new, fully on-line option is an enhancement to the program offered in-person on NSU’s campus in that it now opens the program up to students across the country and the world. The Criminal Justice program is part of NSU’s College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences.

Students in NSU’s bachelor’s program in Criminal Justice explore the various aspects of the field – from crime and punishment to rehabilitation to Homeland Security. The programs offered are comprehensive and through outstanding partnerships with law enforcement agencies, such as the Broward County Sheriff’s Department, NSU students are provided with a rigorous and robust educational experience.
