Medical Faculty Publishes Article on Innovations From a New Medical School

Lauren Fine, M.D., assistant professor, medical education, NSU Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Allopathic Medicine (NSU MD), authored an article published in the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine on “Curriculum Evolution: Innovations From a New Medical School.”  Dr. Fine’s article addresses how medical education has evolved from the first class of medical students at the University of Pennsylvania in 1765 to the first class at NSU MD matriculating in July 2018.  Click here to read the article.
