NSU’s Library Hosts “An Evening of Music & the White House” (Multiple Outlets)

The Circle of Friends of NSU’s Alvin Sherman Library recently hosted “An Evening of Music & the White House” which featured a performance by renowned violinist Joan Kwuon. The New York Times has praised Kwuon for her “fiery, intensely musical and impassioned playing.”

Guest historian William Bushong also lead an exploration of the exhibit James Hoban: Architect of the White House.

The event was featured in a full-page photo and story spread in the Dec. 29 Broward edition of Society Scene. The story also appeared online in the Sun-Sentinel and in the Hartford Courant. Click here to read more.
