It’s happened again – an alleged incident of someone who appears to have been under the influence of an illicit/illegal drug – Flakka (aka – bath salts.) The suspect allegedly stabbed a couple to death in Martin County, Florida and then appeared to be biting the face of one of the victims – something that has happened in the past and involved individuals under the influence of this powerful drug.
