FIU, UM, Nova among schools honored for minority graduation (Sun-Sentinel)

Some Florida universities are receiving praise for their ability to graduate black and Hispanic students.

Florida International University, the University of Miami and Nova Southeastern University have graduation rates for Hispanic students that are equal to or better than that of white students, according to a report released Monday from the Education Trust, a Washington D.C. group that advocates for minority and low incomes students.
