Epidemiologist and Co-Director of the Center for Applied Research on Substance Abuse and Health Disparities, Jim Hall, Ph.D.

Jim Hall, Ph.D., epidemiologist and co-director of the Center for Applied Research on Substance Abuse and Health Disparities discussed the increase in the use of heroin by oxycodone users. “We’ve got to address treatment, or we’re not going to end the problem, we’re just going to change the drug,” said Hall.
