Charles Zelden, Ph.D., Discusses Rise in Hispanic Population vs. Relatively Low Percentage of Hispanics Serving as Elected Officials
Charles Zelden, Ph.D., Professor of History at the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences and political scientist, was interviewed by the Sun Sentinel on the low percentage of Hispanics holding political office even though they account for close to 23 percent of the population across two counties.
