Carmel on the Case: Crude on Campus

Professor Bob Jarvis, Nova Southeastern University: “Taking the pictures was definitely bad. Taking the pictures and putting them on Facebook was worse. And taking the pictures, putting them on Facebook, and adding derogatory comments, was kind of the clincher.”

Bob Jarvis is a constitutional law professor at Nova Southeastern University. He says once the unsuspecting students walked into the office to conduct their business, they gained a limited expectation of privacy and clearly should not have been ridiculed.
