Women’s Soccer Keeps Winning Streak Alive Against Sailfish

The NSU women’s soccer team (8-3-1, 4-0-1 SSC) kept their seven-game winning streak alive with a goal from co-captain Alexis Hernandez in the 84th minute against the Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish (7-4-1) on Oct. 19 at the NSU Soccer Complex.

Keeper Chrissy Hy (Jr., Weston, Fla.) finished with two saves on the match, upping her season total to 59 on the season.

Overall, NSU finished with a 15-3 advantage in total shots, while also leading the Sailfish 11-2 in shots-on-goal.
