Counterfeit prescription pills can be purchased online at a lower cost, but the discounted price is not worth the dangerous effects. NBC 6’s Roxanne Vargas spoke to Dr. Robert Speth, professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Nova Southeastern University, about the risks that can arise from purchasing and consuming medication bought online.
