“Take Your Daughters and Sons to Work Day” at NSU
Take Your Daughters and Sons to Work Day 2017
The Office of Information and Innovation Technology was among the NSU departments that welcomed children on “Take Your Daughters and Sons to Work Day,” and OIIT elevated the annual event to a whole different level.
The department hosted 37 amazing children who participated in a scavenger hunt around Gold Circle Lake and through the Taft University Center. They also played kickball, soccer, hula hooping, jumping rope at Gessner Field and exploring the computer lab. For the grand finale, the children enjoyed pizza and decorated their own cookies for dessert.
