SHSS Alum Authors Book Chapter for The American Arbitration Association
Kathleen Harmon, Ph.D.
Kathleen Harmon, Ph.D., graduate of the doctoral program in the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution (DCAR) in the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS), has written a book chapter published in The AAA Handbook on Construction Arbitration and ADR – 2nd Edition. Harmon’s chapter is entitled: “Construction Conflicts and Dispute Review Boards: Attitudes and Opinions of Construction Industry Members.”
Harmon is the president of Harmon/York Associates, a construction consulting firm. She has published and presented extensively on conflicts in the construction industry. She is an adjunct faculty member in SHSS and was an SHSS Alum of the Year.
